All mockups in the Whole Shop Bundle are delivered as high-resolution JPG or PNG files. Both formats work seamlessly with Canva, Photoshop, Photopea, Procreate, and most design software.

Can I use these mockups for my Etsy, Shopify, or website listings?

Yes. You can use the mockups and templates to create unlimited product photos, listing images, promotional graphics, and branding visuals for your own business.

Can I share the files with my team or employees?

Yes.
Employees or contractors can use the files only for work they do for your business. However, the files may not be shared with friends, family, other sellers, or external third parties.

Can I resell the mockups, templates, or files?

No. You cannot redistribute, resell, or share any of the files in their original, modified, or bundled form.

Can I customize the mockups or templates?

Yes! You are allowed to crop, resize, edit, recolor, overlay your designs, add branding, and make them work for your own catalog. You may customize Canva templates for your own business use as well.

Just remember: modified versions cannot be resold or shared.

Are these mockups AI-generated?

No.
Our mockups are 100% real-model photography, created by Trendsetter Mockups with real clothing, real lighting, and real locations. No AI images are included in the Whole Shop Bundle.

How many products can I create with the Bundle?

Unlimited.
You can create as many listings, marketing graphics, or digital visuals as you want for your own business.

Is the license good for multiple shops?

Yes, as long as you own or operate the shops (Etsy, Shopify, Payhip, personal website, etc.). You may not share the bundle with other sellers or businesses.

Do I need to credit Trendsetter Mockups?

Credit is not required, but always appreciated. Upon purchase, you will receive a commercial use license to use our mockups to display your designs. However, you may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the original, unaltered photography and templates.

Can I use these files in Canva?

Yes!
All mockups are compatible with Canva (plus Photoshop, Procreate, and most design software). Canva templates included in the bundle can be edited with a free Canva account.

If I already bought mockups from your Etsy shop, can I get a discount?

Bundle pricing is already significantly discounted.
Because the bundle includes immediate access to thousands of files, individual purchase credits cannot be applied.

What happens if a file or folder gets updated or reorganized?

Trendsetter Collective LLC may reorganize, update, or modify folders to improve usability.
Your access link will still work, and you can always download any files you need.

Do I need a Google account to access the Whole Shop Bundle?

Yes. Because the Entire Bundle is delivered through Google Drive, you will need a Google account (a free Gmail account works perfectly) to access your files.

A Google account allows you to:

  • Download files to your device

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between Trendsetter Collective LLC (“Licensor,” “we,” “us,” “our”) and you (“Licensee,” “you,” “your”) regarding the use of all digital files included in the Whole Shop Bundle, including but not limited to:

  • Mockups (modeled + flatlay)
  • Canva templates
  • Brand assets
  • Digital documents, downloads, and supplemental files

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any portion of the Whole Shop Bundle, you agree to the terms below.

1. License Type & Scope

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide commercial license to use the digital assets included in the Whole Shop Bundle to create and sell your own end products, such as:

  • Product listings
  • Branding materials
  • Marketing content
  • Website graphics
  • Social media content
  • Print-on-demand listings
  • Etsy, Shopify, Payhip, or website product visuals

You may use the files indefinitely, as long as you comply with this Agreement.

2. Permitted Uses

Under this license, you MAY:

✔ Use the mockups to display your own designs for commercial sale

(For example: listing photos, website banners, product images, promotional graphics.)

✔ Use and customize Canva templates to build your own business assets

✔ Modify the files for your own business use

✔ Use the assets unlimited times and for unlimited products

There are no caps on usage for your own business.

3. Prohibited Uses

To protect the originality and value of Trendsetter Mockups and Trendsetter Collective products, you MAY NOT:

❌ Re-sell, re-share, or redistribute any of the digital assets in any form

This includes reselling or giving away:

  • Mockup files
  • Raw images
  • PSD files
  • Canva templates
  • PNG/JPG files
  • Bundles, collections, or single files
  • Any edited or altered variations of our files

❌ Use the files to create competing mockups or templates

You cannot use our assets to create:

  • Mockup shops
  • Template shops
  • AI training datasets
  • Stock photography collections
  • Canva template shops
  • Anything that competes directly with Trendsetter Mockups or Trendsetter Flatlays

❌ Share access with others

This license is for one single business entity or household only.
Employees or contractors may use the files only for work done for your business.
You may not share your login, folder access, or files with others outside your business.

❌ Claim the photos or templates as your own photography or original creation

You may say “created using Trendsetter Mockups,” but you must not take credit for the photos themselves.

4. Canva Template Terms

For any Canva templates included in the Whole Shop Bundle:

✔ You may customize the templates for your own business.

✔ You may use them to create end products (graphics, listings, brand materials).

❌ You may NOT resell or redistribute the templates themselves

…even if you change them.

❌ You may NOT use them to create new templates for resale.

5. Copyright & Ownership

All files remain the sole property of Trendsetter Collective LLC.
You receive a license to use, not ownership of the original files.

Trendsetter Mockups retains all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement.

6. Termination of License

Your license will be revoked without refund if:

  • You violate any portion of this Agreement
  • You redistribute or resell the files
  • You use the products to create competing mockups or templates
  • You share the files with others

If terminated, you must permanently delete all copies of the files.

7. Refund Policy

Because the Whole Shop Bundle provides instant access to thousands of digital assets, all sales are final.

No refunds will be provided.

8. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of profits
  • Business interruption
  • Platform changes (Etsy, Canva, Printify, or any marketplace)
  • Technical issues or user error
  • Misuse of the files against marketplace policies

You are responsible for ensuring your end products follow your selling platform’s rules.

9. Updates & Access

The Whole Shop Bundle is a one-time purchase with lifetime access to the files as they exist at the time of purchase. Future updates or additions may or may not be included.

Trendsetter Collective LLC reserves the right to alter, remove, or update files, folders, or collections as needed.
